For a long time I struggled with my smile, wishing for my teeth to be straight and not being feeling down when I looked a my pictures, it was a big blow to my self-esteem, I had really bad crowding, my jaw was small, and my teeth were not in the best shape.I couldn't be more satisfied and grateful for the service I have been provided by District Orthodontics, I feel like a huge burden has been lifted off my shoulders and I don't have to worry about it anymore. Camille, Arlet, Shayna, Devin and Dr. Young did an amazing job. I was beyond happy with my results and so was my wife. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely come back to them! Our family has had a five-star experience with District Orthodontics. Three of our kids have received Ortho treatments with Dr. Young and we could not be more pleased. Dr. Young's staff is also really easy to work with and makes the experience hassle free. Shayna makes everything smooth from an administrative stand point and I've really appreciated their flexible payment options. Camille takes great care of our kids during each visit and has gone above and beyond to meet us at the office on a weekend to fix a bracket my daughter broke while chewing on hard candy. She made us feel welcome and like it wasn't a big deal, even though we knew it was taking away from her weekend and time off. It’s always such a pleasure going to visit Dr. Young. I actually had a pretty bad experience at my old orthodontist in NJ and found Dr. Young out here when I moved. Everything went so smooth and easy. Shayna helped make the transition very easy and explained everything to me and all of my options. Devin has the biggest smile and makes me feel super welcomed every time I walk in! By the way, Dr. Young has some of the best assistants!! Arlet and Camille always do a great job and it’s never painful, they also do such a great job at explaining what stage you are at in the treatment and what steps are coming next. Couldn’t have been happier with my decision to switch Doctors. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a perfect smile and the perfect treatment to get that smile. ~ Sikandar H

I have always felt very welcomed when entering Dr Young's office. Dr. Young is extremely knowledgeable and him and his staff are willing to take on the tough cases. Camille and Dr. Young have always been great to work on my disabled daughter. She is now 30 and they still welcome her! Today Arlet handled her with such expertise that you would have thought she had been working with her all along! I am now even going to be seeing Dr. Young for myself due to some teeth that have shifted and my Dentist suggesting that it would be good for me to consider a retainer, invisalign or braces. Shayna was awesome contacting my insurance for me and figuring out the best way for me to proceed. I just can't say enough good things about them. I wouldn't take myself or family anywhere else! I have been very pleasantly surprised by the level and quality of care and service I've received with Dr. Young and his staff! When starting my journey to straight teeth, I randomly picked an orthodontist with decent reviews and hoped for the best. It could not have worked out better. Devin and Shayna at the front desk have been able to solve issues with scheduling and billing without ever making me feel like a burden. Arlet and Camille are true professionals, and most of my appts are wrapped up a lot earlier than I had expected. Dr Young really knows his stuff and you can tell he genuinely likes what he does and he enjoys his patients. I've had such a good experience here that we just started our daughter in her journey to straight teeth with Dr Young and his great staff! I can't recommend this practice enough! ~ Cody R

Update: It’s been over a year and my smile just keeps getting better! Still the same level of customer service and attention to detail to make the whole experience rewarding. Can’t believe how good my smile looks(I didn’t smile fully for almost a decade because I was embarrassed of how crooked and crowded my teeth were). 10/10 I recommend Dr. Young and his team. I have been very impressed with the level of customer care that I receive from District Orthodontics. I went in for a free evaluation pretty skeptical about getting braces as an adult. Devin and Shayna were fantastic. Arlet, Camille and Dr. Young did a great job! They worked out a custom treatment plan that made sense for me and my situation. Dr. Young and his staff have been wonderful to us the past few years. They are all friendly and have provided excellent care to my daughter. The entire staff and Dr Young went above and beyond for us in a unique situation. We had to move for the military, but needed to continue our treatment for our daughter whenever we could come back to Utah. The staff accommodate us on short notice to fit her in and provided a care plan that worked for our living out of state. I want to recognize Shayna whom always supported us and truly provided exceptional service and professionalism in every way. LOVE this team! We went to 3 ortho consultations before finding Dr. Young and his team. Dr. Young was very informative about thier processes and how it would speed up the whole timeline of braces. Shayna and Devin were so helpful from the start with getting us scheduled and understanding the whole insurance and payment portion. My daughter just had her first tightening yesterday and you can already see a big difference in movement. Arlet and Camille make you feel so comfortable with explaining what they are doing and really eased my daughters nerves about getting braces. I would recommend this group to anyone looking for braces, I really didn’t expect it to be this easy but Dr. Young and his team have made it so simple! ~ Amanda M

I was very pleased with the work they did on my braces. Arlet was my dentist assistant and she is very professional and helpful. They always asked me as they were doing the work if I was ok. I highly recommend them for anyone needing dental work done. This location offers regular dentist and orthodontics so it makes you convenient to schedule for both. Plus, everyone there is very friendly here especially Shayna, she knew me by my first name when I walked in for my appointments. They also sent me multiple texts reminding me of my appointments which I very much appreciated. And it is very easy to schedule for your appointment too. They are a first class dental office at least I my opinion ~ Bond

Dr. Young is fantastic! We appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. We started our fourth child's orthodontic treatment with Dr. Young yesterday. Our two oldest children started orthodontics with another orthodontist and Dr. Young has been wonderful to recognize what was lacking in their previous care and try and fix their smiles. My husband changed jobs in the middle of our daughters care and Shayna has been so kind and patient to help us work with the insurance companies involved. Yesterday my son was nervous to have an expander put on. Camille was so nice to calm his fears and explain everything to him. I can't say enough good about Dr. Young and his staff! ~ Cindy S

I came to Dr. Young for Invisalign a year ago after my teeth had moved. I had braces as a kid and my permanent retainers had broken and my teeth had moved. The whole process with Invisalign was so easy and I couldn't be happier with the results! The Invisalign process only took a few months for me and now a year later we are making the trays to keep my teeth from moving. My teeth look so much better and I have so much more confidence in my smile. Dr. Young and his staff took amazing care of me and made sure I understood how the whole process worked. So far we have been very pleased with District Orthodontics. Devin at the front desk and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. When one of my sons had a piece come off-- they got us in right away to fix it. When I had trouble adjusting something-- they offered additional training and even said we could come to the office and they would do it for me--if I couldn't figure it out. When I asked if I could switch payment methods-- it was no issue. I appreciate their willingness to help our family with our individual issues. They have made us feel valued. ~ Vicki S

As we wrap up braces I want to thank all the staff at District Ortho. They took great care of us over the years and went above and beyond for sure.. they were always accommodating and fast. Sometimes too fast and the kids had to go back to school. Devin thank you for always putting up with us for getting appoints and talking about the unfinished back wall. Shayna billing for this mess of a family was never easy but thank you for always figuring it out. The girls in the back (Camille and Arlet) always took great care of my kids. Staying late, coming in on the weekend for an emergency etc. Me and my kids completely recommend anyone to use District ortho they are amazing. ~ Matt H

We love District Orthodontics! First of all ,the staff is AMAZING! Shayna and Devin are very welcoming and professional. Super easy to work with, very accommodating and helpful. My son had a bracket come off a couple of times and they fit him right in to get it fixed. Loved the friendly and cheerful atmosphere that we experienced every time we had an appointment! Camille and Arlet are the best! So experienced and knowledgeable. We were so thankful to Shayna for coming up with a payment plan for us, as we did not have dental insurance. Dr. Young and his staff has been super easy to work with from the beginning. They all remember us when we come in. I appreciate that the wait times are short and that the estimated length of times for the appointments are pretty accurate, as I have a busy schedule and have things planned around my daughter's orthodontist appointments. The staff is friendly and attentive and Dr. Young is great at making the kids feel comfortable. I have to bring my toddler and baby with me to my 11 year old's appointments and there are toys there for them to play with as well as a toy room with a gaming system. My daughter loves going to her orthodontist appointments and her teeth are looking awesome! ~ Loni S

District/ Young Ortho was incredible! From the start Shayna researched and made sure my insurance was accepted. Then Shayna and Devin were extremely helpful and kind with scheduling and rescheduling due to my busy schedule. Camille and Arlet were super fast getting me in and out with fresh wires and rubber bands, even when I had wires poking my cheeks! Dr. Young was super responsive, always listening to my concerns and making sure I was progressing and getting the final product right... wonderful, straight teeth. Dr. Young has now put braces on two of our kids, and we already have plans for our third child’s smile, as well. We are very pleased with his work! Watching him make adjustments is like seeing an artist at work. The office staff is AMAZING! Shayna is the best! She makes us feel like family and takes great care of us! Shayna made this process so much easier sending me info I’ll need before coming into the office . She definitely keeps in touch reminding me of the things I totally forgot to do on my end . Dr Young was so fast and amazing . He does not beat around the bush gives it straight to you how long it will take to fix your teeth and get that smile you always wanted . The entire office atmosphere is welcoming and very comforting my 4yr old was being fussy and here comes Dr Young asking her to pick which stuff animal she wanted from a variety of characters!!!! My family and I love district orthodontics! Two of my sons, myself, and several of best girl friends children have gone to Dr. Young for braces. The staff is very welcoming, kind, and helpful. The gals upfront, Devon & Shayna are always quick to call me back or squeeze us in if there is an issue I need addressed. Dr. Young, Camille, & Arlet are continuously cheerful, professional, and on more than one occasion have squeezed me in on their day off to fix a scratchy wire or broken bracket. We love District Orthodontics! Camille and Arlet are amazing with my kids! They help them feel comfortable and are quick and efficient! Devin at the front desk always welcomes you with a giant smile, and answers any question in a friendly kind way, never making you feel stupid. Shayna (office manager) goes above and beyond to make sure things are working out beautifully wether it's rescheduling the kids at the last minute due to surprise illness to helping you with a billing issue with the insurance. Dr. Young is awesome! 10 years ago I had braces put on by a general dentist. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the results. Dr. Young has been very thorough in determining the results. He’s very knowledgeable about orthodontics, and I feel very comfortable and confident that I will see the results I’m looking for. His staff members — Shayna, Devin, Arlet, and Camille are fantastic! I’ve been a patient here for about a year and it’s been really great! My teeth were crooked from not wearing my retainer so I decided to do Invisalign. I’m really glad I went with Dr.Young. He and his staff have been wonderful every step of the way. They are always answering any questions I have and the Artlet and Camille are so nice. I work full time and moved during my treatment so Shayna and Devin have been really helpful with scheduling. They also walk you through the costs and exactly what you will pay so there are no surprises. Would recommend! ~ Lindsey M
